BYZZ is a user vehicle marketplace that helps users buy, sell, and rent vehicles. By accessing or using the BYZZ mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Definitions

  • “BYZZ” refers to the BYZZ mobile application and related services.

  • “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App.

  • “Buyer” refers to a user purchasing a vehicle.

  • “Seller” refers to a user listing a vehicle for sale.

  • “Renter / Owner” refers to users renting vehicles or listing vehicles for rent.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older to use BYZZ

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • BYZZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Nature of Service

  • BYZZ is a marketplace platform only

  • BYZZ does not own, sell, rent, or inspect vehicles

  • BYZZ does not guarantee vehicle condition, pricing, availability, or transaction success

  • All transactions are conducted directly between users

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide true and lawful information

  • Ensure vehicle ownership or authorization before listing

  • Comply with all local motor vehicle and transport laws

  • Use the App for lawful purposes only

Sellers and owners are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of vehicle details

  • Vehicle legality, insurance, and documentation

5. Listings & Transactions

  • Vehicle listings must be genuine and lawful

  • BYZZ may remove any listing that violates policies

  • Prices, availability, and vehicle condition are controlled by users, not BYZZ

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways

  • BYZZ does not store payment card or banking details

  • Transaction disputes must be resolved between users unless otherwise stated

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • BYZZ does not guarantee refunds for user-to-user transactions

  • Refunds, if applicable, depend on seller or vehicle owner policies

  • Platform/service fees (if any) may be non-refundable

8. Account Suspension & Termination

BYZZ may suspend or terminate user accounts if:

  • False or misleading information is provided

  • Illegal activities are detected

  • These Terms are violated

9. Limitation of Liability

BYZZ shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle quality, condition, or legality

  • Financial loss, disputes, or damages between users

  • Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks within BYZZ are the property of BYZZ. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

11. Privacy

User data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

BYZZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
